You’ve tried to let go of those painful memories, but they keep coming back. They affect your thoughts, your relationships, your ability to feel safe or in control.
It shows up as:
anxiety
panic
irritability
Other times, it’s emotional numbness, trouble sleeping, or flashbacks
you didn’t see coming!
The hardest part? You know you want to feel better —
but nothing you’ve tried has worked.
You’re not broken. You’re not weak.
Your brain is doing its best to protect you from pain —
even when that protection is no longer helping.

It's exhausting to be in survival mode all of the time. Maybe you find yourself snapping at the people you care about, or withdrawing because it just feels easier to be alone. Being on edge is draining.
You might even question whether healing is possible — or if this is just how life will always feel. But deep down, you know you want more:
More Ease
More Connection
More Peace
You want the past to stop robbing you of enjoying the present. There is great news... I can help!
EMDR therapy can help you heal and move forward. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a proven approach that helps your brain process and release painful memories — so they no longer control your life.

With EMDR therapy, we will:
Reduce anxiety, panic, or emotional overwhelm
Feel more grounded and in control of your emotions
Let go of traumatic memories without having to relive them
Build healthier relationships and more...
In our work together, you’ll feel supported, safe, and empowered.
We’ll move at your pace, with care that’s focused on your needs.
And yes — we accept Medicaid, because healing should be accessible.
You don’t have to keep carrying this on your own.

Yes, I currently accept Colorado Medicaid. I also offer a limited number of affordable self-pay options for individuals, couples, and families.
I offer virtual therapy for clients anywhere in Colorado. My in-person availability is limited and primarily reserved for clients near Denver. Most families find the flexibility of virtual care supportive to their schedules and needs. While I prefer facilitating EMDR reprocessing sessions in person, I was trained to facilitate the protocol virtually, and I can be flexible to accommodate your needs and preferences.
Yes, I’m currently accepting new Medicaid clients and have limited space available. When my schedule fills, I’ll be happy to place you on a short waitlist or connect you with another trusted provider.
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee, though I understand life happens—and we’ll always have room for honest communication.
I’m currently a counseling intern working under licensed supervision with an anticipated graduation date of December 19, 2025. I receive weekly consultation to ensure high-quality care and client growth. Clients often appreciate the thoughtfulness and fresh perspective that come with this stage of clinical practice. I earned a master’s degree in public health in 2014, and I have been working with this population for more than 10 years post-graduation.
I support teens, young adults, and families navigating trauma, mental health challenges, identity shifts, and recovery from self-harm or substance use. Many of my clients are working through family conflict, chronic stress, or a sense of disconnection during major life transitions. I also work with couples seeking support around communication difficulties, betrayal trauma, or intimacy and sexual concerns.
I specialize in trauma-informed care, EMDR, DBT, CBT, and relational-cultural therapy. I often support clients in building emotional regulation skills, improving communication, setting healthy boundaries, and healing patterns rooted in family dynamics or past pain.
